Wellness in the Workplace
Focused on movement, mindfulness and meditation, translating into work-life balance and stress management.
Core Training: Improves your posture and builds core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Equipment is required.
Pilates: Each class works to balance all muscle groups strengths and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt the body and to feel increased agility in everyday movements.
Flexibility Training: Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints, or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles, allowing one to move more freely.
Stretch & Breath Breaks
15 – 20 minutes in length – Breathe, stretch, move, warm-up, release, re-energize, and reconnect. These health breaks will refresh each participant in only 15 minutes. Helps with afternoon fatigue!
One on One Sessions
Private Consultations: Information on the participant is gathered. Current fitness level, level of current
movement activities, health history, etc.
Goal Setting and Motivation: Weekly/monthly check ins. Help employees set attainable health and wellness
goals. 15-minute check in on progress, how to overcome obstacle, reassess goals.
Fitness Assessments: Determine participants starting point by completing a postural analysis, flexibility
testing, strength testing and core strength.
