All classes take place at the workout studio at Custom Conditioning in Pointe-Claire (201 Cartier Avenue).

Core Training

Improves your posture and builds core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger! May include a variety of equipment.

Full-Body Circuit Training

This class targets all muscle groups allowing you to increases your stamina and aerobic fitness while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

HIIT Training

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity.


Each class works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
