Group Classes

Core Training

Improves your posture and builds core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Equipment is required.


Each class works to balance all muscle groups strengths and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt the body and to feel increased agility in everyday movements.

Flexibility Training

Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints, or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles, allowing one to move more freely.
