Circuit & Core Training Class

This class is high energy and fun! We will go through a structured circuit of compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. The last 15 minutes is focused on core and flexibility.

Sessions take place at workout studio at Custom Conditioning in Pointe-Claire (201 Cartier Avenue)

12 PM on Mondays and Fridays for 60 minutes each.

What happens?

Each class includes a circuit of compound exercises (ie. Squats, Pushups, Lunges) designed to give you a full body workout and build your core. End each session with a stress-relieving flexibility and cool-down period. Each class is capped at ten people.
