Circuit & Core Training Class
Sessions take place at workout studio at Custom Conditioning in Pointe-Claire (201 Cartier Avenue)
Day / Time / Duration
12 PM on Mondays and Fridays for 60 minutes each.
Each class includes a circuit of compound exercises (ie. Squats, Pushups, Lunges) designed to give you a full body workout and build your core. End each session with a stress-relieving flexibility and cool-down period. Each class is capped at ten people.
